From ice skater to entrepreneur
It starts with a great idea, and then what? Developing a product, thinking of a name, designing packaging, opening an office, hiring staff, and then going out and explaining to the world why they should buy your product.
I don't know where to start. But I do know one thing. I am eager to learn, I am full of passion, energy and willpower, and I give everything I have. Just like when I was ice skating.

In the years following my elite sports career, I started looking for a better and easier way to get a healthy energy boost for training and competition.
This resulted in the company and brand I started last year: FIRST. A gum with pure caffeine and B vitamins that give you a clean energy boost within 10 minutes. See what my first weeks in the business were like here:
Mark's ambition
I want to motivate people and help them get the best out of themselves. And not just in sports, but in all the challenges we face on a daily basis.
On the one hand, I want to do that by providing people with an extra dose of clean energy in the form of our chewing gum. On the other hand by showing how we are building our company from scratch. So, I meet the most diverse and interesting people, visit all kinds of events, companies and fellow entrepreneurs and undertake all kinds of things myself for the 'FIRST time'. I want to show the journey. The journey of fighting, hoping, dreaming, believing, crying, laughing, working, falling, getting up, and going on again.
And where the journey ends? I have no idea. In any case, I would be super happy if you keep following me and FIRST! I've only just begum! ;-)
